About Me

My photo
My hospitality experience extends over five decades in five countries including, Germany, Switzerland, France, Canada and the US. I have managed a diverse collection of hotels ranging from mega convention and resort hotels with Hyatt, Hilton, and Sheraton as well as private small luxury hotels such as The Watergate Hotel and The Fairfax Hotel at Embassy Row in Washington, DC, Cheeca Lodge in Islamorada, FL and The Delamar Greenwich Harbor in CT,. While I learned a tremendous amount and sharpened my management and leadership skills during my twenty-two years tenure with both the Sheraton and Hyatt Hotels corporations, I significantly fine tuned my entrepreneurial and financial skills while working for individual owners and investment companies. I am happily married to Christa for 45 years and have a wonderful daughter Sabine and two terrific grandchildren, Andreas and Sebastian.
